I don't test a lot of storage devices here, but with SSDs coming down in price to the point where many enthusiasts can now afford to add one as a boot drive, I thought I would give the OCZ Agility SSD a go. I am not going to get all hard core with benchmarks and will instead look at some real world usage of the drive with my apps and run a few basic benchmarks to give you an idea of what you will really see by moving to a SSD rather than a HDD....more

The film is easy enough to install, but my fear with anything that includes a second sheet is that it won't stick for long. At first glance the film adheres well and the film seems thick enough to prevent any scratches. The film is much more ridged than the invisibleSHIELD product that I reviewed before. The ridged film also doesn't stick to the surface of the screen as well as the invisibleSHIELD film. Despite how thick the Mirror Protective Film for the iPad I, the touchscreen functions perfectly. I like the mirror sheen the film gives the iPad and my wife liked using it to brush her hair. When the iPad is on the mirror doesn't block any of the resolution or clarity of the screen from being seen....more

After going through the benchmarks it's clear that the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE offers a lot of bang for your buck. The AMD part won't best many of the Intel CPUs that sit in the high range, but it competes very well with Intel parts in its price class. Priced at a bit under $250 the AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE is a steal and a part that gamers shopping in the middle of the market will want to seriously consider....more
