Seller Fees
There are no fees for listing your items on When an item is sold, sellers pay a commission of $.99 per item plus a percentage of the product price. There is a minimum of $.99 paid for each order by the seller to effective as of January 19, 2012.

Pricing Your Products

Our Marketplace Seller Agreement requires that all sellers price both the item price and the total shipped price (item price with shipping and handling) at, or below, the price a seller lists on their own website and/or other sales channels. Any discounts, rebates or other promotional pricing offered must be available on Marketplace. We ask that you review all pricing on Marketplace to ensure that you are in compliance with our pricing policy.

Listing Your Product
All approved sellers can list their products on product pages. Marketplace offers two options for sellers to list their products.

1. List a Single Item: Sellers will list products one at a time by using the link in their seller account called List an Item.

2. List in Bulk: Sellers are able to bulk load listings through their seller account by clicking on the link Upload Listing, Shipment, Cancellation, and Return Batch files .

Sellers accounts with excessive errors in their feeds will be closed. All listings will expire after 30 days and sellers should be updating their listings every week to ensure they are up to date. Please see our Listing Products FAQ for more information.

Filling an Order Marketplace sellers are required to ship items to buyers within two business days of receiving their order. When an item is sold, the seller receives a notification email containing the buyers shipping information. Sellers can also monitor their seller account for new orders.

Returns Policy Marketplace sellers are required to accept returns for 30 days for all items listed on Marketplace. Sellers cannot list items that buyers are unable to return. Sellers can post their returns policy through their seller account stating reasonable shipping rules and restocking charges associated with returns.
Sellers found to withhold refunds due to negative feedback or sellers that charge buyers additionally because they have left negative feedback will be suspended and removed. Marketplace sellers are an extenstion of and sellers are expected to ensure a positive buyer experience in all cases including returns.

Order Confirmation
Sellers are required to confirm shipment once they have shipped an order to a buyer. All orders must be marked as shipped in two business days. Sellers do this from within their seller account (inside their My Account) by inputting the Shipped Quantity, Ship Date, "Tracking Number", and using the drop-down menu to select the shipping company (ie. FedEx, UPS, etc.). Tracking information is required for all orders.

If a seller doesn't confirm that they have shipped an item within 2 business days the order will be considered cancelled and no commission will be paid. We ask that sellers who are unable to fulfill their orders contact buyers regarding the cancellation of an order.

Sellers on Marketplace cannot exceed a 5% cancellation rate. Sellers account will be closed if they do exceed this rate.

Shipping Options
Sellers at are required to ship all products via a standard shipping method with a level of service at least equal to U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. Shipments sent via standard shipping are expected to arrive in the buyer's hands within 4-14 business days from the date of purchase.

Sellers can offer buyers expedited shipping. If a buyer selects expedited shipping, the order must arrive within 3 - 6 business days from the shipment date.

***The following does not apply to sellers who register on or after 01/01/2012 or any seller utilizing global shipping settings***
If a Seller does not provided standard or expedited shipping and handling rates either with their global shipping settings or in their inventory listings, then the values listed below will be assigned. The amount that buyer is charged for shipping and handling is listed below. This amount minus applicable commission rates is the amount that will be credited to your seller account.

Sellers must ship all orders in packaging that is secure enough to minimize the chance of damage during shipping. Both the shipping address and the return address must be printed legibly on every package. Every package must also include the packing slip, which includes in each order notification email.
Refunding Buyers
After a seller has confirmed shipment of an item, the seller always has the option to give either a full refund or a partial refund to a buyer. There is no limitation on the number of partial refunds but refunds cannot exceed the amount of the order. Sellers are welcome to refund a buyer up to 60 days after the order date. Sellers are required to have a refund rate of 5% or less to remain acitive in our marketplace.
Seller Payments Marketplace payment periods for sellers will close on Tuesdays. Payment will be sent Wednesday and sellers should receive them in their bank account within 3 business days. If either of these days are a bank holiday payment will be sent the following day.

Please note that all new sellers to Marketplace will have a 15 day review period. During this time new sellers will not be paid for orders shipped until their orders are confirmed as shipped and recieved with tracking details provided during the shipment confirmation process. If tracking does not show clear delivery account and payments will be placed on hold.

Payments are made via ACH transfer and all sellers in's Marketplace are required to have a valid US Bank account that will accept these payments. All orders marked as shipped and/or refunds made against orders during the pay period will be included in this payment. Sellers must have a positive balance in their seller account to qualify for that period.
Buyer Satisfaction
Our customers have come to expect great service from and we protect that expectation with the Buyer Guarantee, which ensures that our buyers receive their orders as promised. Sellers may be required to submit proof of shipment if a buyer makes a Guarantee claim against a seller.
Seller Feedback
Our Marketplace website posts feedback from our buyers regarding their experiences with our sellers. We will only edit feedback for profanity, or in instances where buyers have left personally identifying information. We do not remove buyer feedback simply because it reflects negatively on your seller review score, please work to resolve any issues with your buyers. Seller accounts with a feedback rating below 4.00 stars will be closed. Any seller that provides feedback for their own account will be closed.
Marketing and Communications with Buyers Marketplace automatically sends emails to buyers to confirm orders, shipment and cancellation/refunds as well as request buyer feedback. In an effort to keep all communication with customers consistent, we require that all sellers remove their order confirmation, shipment confirmation, and feedback follow up emails. Marketplace will send these emails to customers in all cases. This is a requirement to remain active selling with us.
As stated Marketplace will send all shipping emails, but do ask that all sellers work directly with buyers to resolve any issues. Please review all direct emails you send to Buyers and ensure that you there are no links to your website or requests to visit your website in your customer service communication.

Dispute Resolution
If a seller follows the Marketplace Participation Agreement when listing, selling and shipping their item and, can document shipment to the customer or that the buyer received the correct item, usually does not hold the seller responsible for the reimbursement of the claim. Otherwise, will usually debit the reimbursement for the claim from the seller's account.

When a Guarantee Claim or chargeback is submitted by a buyer will contact the seller for any relevant information regarding the claim. The seller has two business days to respond to the claim with requested information. If a seller does not respond their account will be debited for the claim. When appropriate, will review all relevant details associated with an Guarantee claim or Chargeback for both the seller and buyer involved in the claim. This may include, but is not limited to, account history, comments regarding the Guarantee claim or Chargeback, shipping and tracking information, and other relevant details.
