- Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations/individuals. Obtains approvals makes copies of checks, cuts, gets signatures for checks and mail out.
- Maintaining cash applications
- Upload check listing to the bank for positive pay
- Gathers purchase orders and matches to invoice
- Researching and resolving AP issues with vendors
- Updating and reconciling sub ledger to general ledger
- Maintains all payment or other transaction records
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Prepares accrual journal entries
- Reports to Accounting Manager
- Handle vendor inquiries
- Provide suggestions on improving AP processes and implement once approved
- Prepare reconciliations for accruals and prepaids

QUALIFICATIONS

- 2 years of AP experience
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Minimal Excel skills – Maintain a check listing in excel, prepare reconciliations and Journal entries

SUMMARY

Provide support to the sales team with ad implementation and content support. Assisting in the research of merchandising products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)

- Researching products to merchandise on web site
- Assist in merchandising products, which includes assigning images and content to products

- Sku maintenance - adding and deleting skus when necessary.

The Merchandising Coordinator will support our advertisers and manage site content. This role is critical to the success of our advertising partners and helps us build great, renewable, partnerships with our advertisers.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized s situations.

Responsibilities
- Manage account set up
- Respond to inquiries primarily via email queue from; merchants, white label partners and 3rd party integrators regarding any technical and/or support relating to Marketplace systems and processes
- Identify the need and escalate Marketplace system and tool issues to the responsible department(s)
- Track and follow up on escalated issues with the responsible departments until a resolution is reached
- Troubleshoot and educate merchants on how to resolve issues in eCommerce data feeds (Inventory, Cancellation, etc.) and merchant tools
- Participate on conference calls when necessary
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Cross train on other department functions for back-up support

Education/Experience:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
- Previous customer support, technical support, and/or account management experience, and a thorough working knowledge of e-commerce.
- Previous online sales and/or marketplace sales experience highly preferred.
- Heavy use of Excel. Extensive experience with this program as well as the rest of Microsoft Office is a must
- Good understanding of text editors like NotePad, NotePad++, UltraEdit or others
- Knowledge of FTP (File Transfer Protocols) use
- Excellent communication skills in writing, on the phone and in person
- Experienced in working in customer service in a technical environment or closely with a customer service department
- Retail sales experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of databases
