What is special about this kit is the ability to connect to the fast 802.11n standard from up to 3 miles away. Our outdoor directional 14dBi panel is USA made and comes with tripod stand included. Pointing at the signal source it receives the wifi and brings it down to the USB adapter at a 500mW power rating. Based on the RaLink 3070 chipset this system is plug an play with Windows 7 and Linux. This means no software installation needed on the operating systems, but for all others we include the cd to ensure compatibility on all Windows and Mac systems. |
