Bad all around
For $6.99 I knew this tool set would be really cheap, but I figured it could do the job once. I had several watches to repair. On a Movado ESQ, I was able to remove the back using the little knife tool with some difficulty, but the metal was so poor it crumbled, and the tool cannot be used a second time. The adjustable watch cover wrench likewise was poor quality metal and refused to hold the back of an old Swiss Army Watch well enough to turn the rear cover for removal. That watch won't even be fixed once. Finally, I tried the pin removal fork to pull the leather band from an old ESQ and it wasn't strong enough to compress the pin spring without bending. I finally removed the pin with the tip of a steak knife, as the pin fork was bent beyond use. I figured I could at least get a couple of repairs out of this cheap set, but they might as well be made of talc because they're useless now and I still have several broken watches.
