A solid strength routine with no equipment require
"Body Training" is part of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness series. There are two half-hour workouts on the DVD, both requiring no equipment at all. The first routine is a standing series of lower body work--lunges, squats, leg lifts, and so on. These classic exercises are presented with subtle and interesting twists--not just endless reps! The second routine is a mix of upper body work (mostly push-ups), ab work, and leg work, all done on the floor. This is an excellent DVD for those who do not like needing a plethora of equipment, or for those looking for a change from standard strength routines. It would also be a great program for travelers. Coffey-Meyer has a pleasant, encouraging personality and she leads the workouts with the capacity of a seasoned professional. Highly recommended!
