Effective endurance routine using minimal equipmen
"Muscle Definition" is part of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Minutes to Fitness series. This DVD includes two half-hour weight routines (plus a bonus abs segment). These routines focus on strength-endurance and use medium weights and reps. Upper body work is alternated--and sometimes combined--with lower body work, thus giving a thorough, effective workout in the least amount of time. The required equipment used are two pairs of dumbbells. A step is entirely optional and does not change the workout's effectiveness. Coffey-Meyer cues well and is pleasant and motivating. Very highly recommended!
