Completely heat resistant, this glass beauty is made from a special type of glass used in laboratories. Can be put directly on top of an electrical or gas stove, in the microwave, in the dishwasher, and in the fridge. The handle of this piece never gets hot (even if you use it as a kettle to bring water to a boil). Can be used as a kettle without a strainer or a tea pot (with the strainer). Strainer or infuser is made of the same durable glass and is included. Teapot has an anti-drip spout and is very easy to clean. Cadmium and Lead free. 1 Liter / 34 oz. Capacity.
