EBox Direct Stinks

Had originally requested expedited shipping as I needed the PS right away. Received a power supply DOA and cracked. Upon requesting a replacement to the merchant, he basically said I need to send the old one back and I’d have to wait.
Then he sent me the wrong return address which delayed the entire process…..STILL waiting for my replacement to get shipped out…it’s been two weeks since my original order.
Terrible customer service….NEVER answers the phone. Not really sure how they have a 4.5
