|Whether I'm on the road or in my restaurants, home or studio kitchens, a knife that's off the hook is key. We created a line that meets my high expectations as a chef, and also offers quality, value and a look that's the real deal. |
"In 2007 I met the designers of Ergo Chef at a gourmet show. I used the cutlery on stage during my demo and was given a set to take home. After a year of wear and tear in my kitchen - trust me it can be a knife gauntlet - I was hooked on the quality and design of Ergo Chef’s product. Before I knew it, I was teaming up with them to develop my own collection. We sketched a range of designs lookin’ for the select few that really rocked technically and aesthetically!
I’m a Hot Rod guy who knows that in order to do car-building right, you need high quality performance parts. The same idea applies to cooking, so the right knives are key. My product features a combination of the best materials with a design that will blow your mind! As a chef, restaurant owner, and TV personality, I have high expectations for my equipment and these knives meet and exceed all of them." - Guy Fieri

Guy's Knuckle Sandwich logo is distressed and permanently etched on the blade. The black handle also boasts a flame-waved design, and the star is added to complete Guy's signature look.

Sharp Knife - stylish design12/20/2014
Great knife, no issues. Cool looking, too.
As you can see the blade is offset lower than the handle, which improves your ability to cut downward. Also this knife is well-made with a sharp blade, coming with a blade sheath. This will last years if you take care of it and keep the blade sharp.
love Guy Fieri and love this product. Super sharp and stylish. Thanks

Nice knife and the feel when using has a natural feel. The only thing is the handle not my favorite design, but I bought this and others to use and they do the job.
Great knife for the money, design makes it very use to use.
This knife is very sharp. But it takes getting used to as it is not like other knives I've used before.
it is a odd knife, the drop blade seems to cut to the left ( I am right handed) but after a few cuts, and getting the feel, it works well. very light, perhaps too light, but sharp as hell.
Surprised at the excellent quality of this product. Not a light weight. Feels good in your hand and is worthy of Guy Fieri's name.
Nice knife, does its job and looks cool
I have been wanting to try an offset serrated utility knife. Ergo chef makes good products,so when they marked this one down, I grabbed it. It feels solid, cuts well, and should be a welcome addition to my kitchen.
A great knife at a super price12/4/2013
This is a very good quality knife at a close out price. It is very sharp and keeps its edge. I know, I've cut my fingers several times washing it. Six months ago, the cheapest you could get this knife for was over $50.
