| Our lean hams are slowly maple-cured and glazed with honey to delicately enhance it's natural flavor. We look for especially firm, lean hams, which we slowly maple-cure and smoke leaving the bone in to obtain the added flavor. The hams are then glazed with honey to delicately enhance the natural flavor, and spiral-cut to make serving as easy as can be. Pre-cooked. Best served after warming in the oven but can be served out of the package at room temperature or cold without additional cooking.
