Anyone Else And It Would Be A Classic
The acclaimed Skateboard P, releases the most antcipated album of the year but it isn't enough. From an artist of his caliber, we need more. The mistake of going 100% solo from his partner Chad Hugo on even the production was something he must regret. But don't get me wrong if this was released by any other new artist they could get away with it. Or maybe if it was a Double Disc CD with Disc 1 containing the genre Hip Hop/Rap and Disc 2 containing the genre of R&B. But really and truly I love this album and i've played it excessively. What has been said above is what majority say and think. But i'm a fan to the duo and whatever they do, whether with Shae Thorton (other N*E*R*D member)or other artists and the beats, I enjoy so i'm staying as a loyal fan enjoying every classic beat, old school sound and rhyme. But I can honestly say that out of my 124 collected Neptunes/Pharrell productions these 15/16 tracks do not sit among the best 20 at all (and I have'nt even got "Grindin" among the 124). As I quote from Williams himself in Mr Me Too "Like Dude Snoop Say, Step Yo Game Up" So in future, step it up P. Thank you for your time.
