| Several years in the making, no doubt interrupted by a change of labels (from Jive to Def Jam), Sir Lucious Left Foot...the Son of Chico Dusty finally sees completion and official release. The first proper solo album from OutKast's Antwan Patton contains the single "Shutterbugg," a bold and energizing electro-funk production from Scott Storch. | |

Artist Overview
Outside his primary roles as Andr? 3000's partner in OutKast and as one of the central members of the Dungeon Family, Big Boi (born Antwan Andr? Patton) appeared on tracks by Missy Elliott, Trick Daddy, Jay-Z, Killer Mike, Beyonc?, Brooke Valentine, Sleepy Brown, Fantasia, and Janelle Monae. As a solo artist, the MC had a minor hit in 2005 with "Kryptonite (I'm on It)," one of the year's best rap singles. Also involved in film ("ATL", OutKast's "Idlewild", "Who's Your Caddy?") and even the stage, Big Boi prepped his first solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, which was released on Def Jam in 2010. ~ Andy Kellman
