Whodunnit? Who cares?

on 11/28/2007

One of the judges of a cooking contest has died after sampling an entry. While no believes the cobbler killed him, he was unquestionably murdered. That is basically the sum total of this novel. While it is far from being the worst I have read, Livia J. Washburn simply does not have the ability to make the story interesting. The best part of this story was learning of the existence of the annual Peach Festival in Weatherford, Texas. When that is the best you can say about a book, best to not waste your time and money.
