Annotation:
Fifteen-year-old Phoebe doesn't quite know how to react when her slightly younger and unabashedly gay cousin Leonard moves in with her family. The flamboyant Leonard stands out in the small town of Neptune, New Jersey, and although he soon has many friends, there are also some neighbors who are less than welcoming. When Leonard disappears Phoebe reflects on how much her cousin has come to mean to her and begins to fear that he might never return home.
