Customer Reviews of AGPtek 9" 8GB Android 4.0 G-Sensor HD Tablet - Boxchip Cortex A8 - 512MB DDR3 - 1080P - Front/Rear Cameras - Ice Cream Sandwich
For the price, this was a bargain. We use it frequently on long trips. Occasional freezing, but for the price, I certainly can't complain too loudly. Also, have been able to download almost all of the apps that I have wanted. Will have to upgrade it to Jelly Bean sooner or later, but I'm told it's a breeze to do.

Excellent customer service. I had a defective order and the returns were easy. Kudos to the seller Mambate
Great value, works well for the price7/5/2013
I have had this unit for a month and am quite satisfied. The unit is solidly built. Wireless works well, I can connect from anywhere in my house. The processor performance is satisfactory. The 8GB of flash is sufficient for most things, and you can install a 32GB micro-SD card to hold extra stuff. I use the internet, read PDF files, and play games and movies. The battery lasts about 6-7 hours. The one camera (front facing) is not very good, just for video chatting, which I have not used. The screen works well indoors, but outdoors on a sunny day it is pretty dim. There is no HDMI out, no Bluetooth, no rear facing camera, and no GPS. It comes with a 2 Amp charger, a USB computer connector cable, a USB Flash Drive connector cable, a screen protector, and small user's manual. As others have mentioned, the user's manual is so poorly written, much of it make no sense.
Wifi reception is pretty low. For some reason, some apps can not be search and/or download. May be just happened to mine.
Great tablet. Easy to use and the performance of it is awesome. Very pleased with my purchase. Thanks again!!!
this is a great easy tablet, though the screen dimensions are thinner than you're expecting... more like a long kindle
I got this for my a gift for someone. I figure a computer for about a hundred dollars can't go wrong. He's computer illiterate but one day he'll learn via his wife, who also isn't too keen on how easy it really can be. Look at what you need to press, press it and then look again...
This product was clunky and not that easy to set up. The unit had problems accessing my wireless network and the set-up was a little cumbersome.
Not up to expectations4/4/2013
Wifi reception is very poor and is not because of the strength of my signal. Some apps are in chinese. User manual is in very poor english, obviously made in china. Battery is very poor and short life.
Amazing deal for $994/2/2013
This is a great little tablet for under $100. Runs great, sensitive screen, good graphics. A little heavier than an iPad, but for 1/5 the price, I can live with that.
Bad Wi-Fi, Downloading and Instructions4/2/2013
I got this product because of its price and when there were no reviews on it. First off, the instructions are made in bad grammar, hard to understand and the pictures can not be followed even with a magnifying glass (I tried). You will need to go by trial and error in order to get this guy going. It had problems downloading from the beginning which I was able to fix through online help, but still, what a hassle. And lastly, the Wi-Fi is weak at best. Get half strength sitting next to the router
worthless peive of junk3/31/2013
Bought it and could not wait to use it but from day one it could not download apps keeps getting error messages could not retreive from server. Google play never works. WIFI very weak need to be right next to router to work 3 feet away no signal, Searched online many say you need to delete your account then restart to download one app, but when you try to download another app it always fails. It seems to be a useless peice of crap I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap price but also cheap paper weight now. Don't waist your money on it
