Great product, great price.
Super - worked as advertised and great support and1/3/2011
This amazing device and software arrived within two days of ordering. I plugged it in and installed the software and my 200 GB Windows 7 Ultimate drive was cloned to a brand new 250 GB drive in a couple of hours. I then switched the drives and booted up as though I was on a brand new computer. My old C: drive had a sector go bad and it was un-reparable, but my three year old Dell laptop was still under warrantee so Dell sent me a replacement. I have a ton of software development tools on this box and it would have taken at least a month for me to install and tweak everything if I had not had this terrific but inexpensive devise to help me out. I note that someone had made a post stating that there was an issue with hidden partitions so I contacted Apricorn’s customer service before I bought the device. They were quick to report that their new software had resolved this issue and indeed they were correct; their software worked exactly as advertised. The process did report that there was an issue with the source bad sector, but that did not stop the process and subsequent disk scans have not shown any problems with the new drive. GO BYE.COM and GO Apricorn! You folks save my arse? & quickly too!!!
