Well built, difficult to adjust
This is a well constructed stand. Drilled aluminum supports are very nicely finished and are good quality. Mounting hardware seems solid. Only complaint is that setup and adjustment are relatively difficult. Requires extensive use of an allen wrench (supplied with unit), and the bolts that need to be accessed can be difficult to reach once the unit is set up. In addition, while the supports are relatively easy to manipulate prior to loading the monitors, most of the adjustment clearly needs to take place after loading monitors (to tweak placement), and given the weight of the monitors and the design of the supports/hardware this can be a challenge (i.e. might require two people unless you've got good arm and shoulder strength). All this said, this problem may well exist on any quad support that doesn't have either a spring-loaded or hydraulic assist, and my guess is that that sort of support will be significantly more expensive. All in all, if you're willing to take the time and headache to get this properly adjusted it is a good unit, and a pretty good deal for the $$.
