David Kirk
Best known for his "Miss Spider" books, David Kirk is an author, artist, and toymaker. In fact, Kirk was first approached about writing a children's book when a publisher bought one of his toys. Kirk's first book, MISS SPIDER'S TEA PARTY was published in 1994 to great success and a series of tales about the gentle arachnid followed. In 1999 Kirk published his first "non-spider" book, NOVA'S ARK, which focuses on the adventures of a robot named Nova.
