I bought these Beats headphone since I figured I would be getting quality sound from a brand name. As soon as I plugged them in there was a constant buzzing in the right ear. Plus I expected superior sound quality with some extra bass that Beats is known for. There was none. These sound the same as the Skull Candy earphones I usually buy. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for these but even then I paid for earphones that don't even work properly.
I've had this for a couple of weeks, can't say if its legit or not quite yet, but I did email them and they told me politely they were legit because it didn't come in its box.. so its a kind of a trust relationship. You don't get the full Dr. Dre warranty, only the warranty covered by Netdirectsales, because they do not provide you the box. So bet your money, it could break... it could not. It was 50 bucks for me at the time and I had like 12 bucks in points so around 37ish.
