Not yet ready for prime time
Although the Belkin switch (model F1DL102U2) I recently purchased does work, it has some serious flaws. It does not have "hot key" switchability so that you have to locate a button switch somewhere on your desk and reach for it whenever you want to switch computers. Also, when switching between CPUs, the Belkin F1DL102U2 requires several seconds to reconnect and synch to the USB devices (keyboard and mouse). As a result, the switchover requires nearly 30 seconds to complete. Contrast this situation with my earlier Belkin KVM switch (PS2 mouse & keyboard) with hotkey switchover. The older system is immediately ready to use (no time delay) after using the hotkey sequence on the keyboard (no reaching for the extra button switch on the desk). Finally, and the most serious problem: if you plug in another USB device before the switchover is complete (remember it takes nearly 30 seconds), the KVM switch "hangs" and cannot find either the keyboard or mouse again. You have to reboot both computers to clear this problem. I would not recommend purchasing this KVM switch until these problems are resolved.
