Higher quality does make a difference

by Bill on 11/29/2007

This cable was bought to replace a Radio Shack cable that produced some unwanted artifacts when recording from a Walkman to my computer. As soon as I started using the PureAV 20601, the sound quality improved and the recorded volume of the incoming signal increased noticeably, which means the Radio Shack cable had been attenuating (reducing) the signal and most likely had been interfering with the frequency response of the music being recorded. The PureAV produces clearer, louder music, so it is worth its price.
