Berserk V03-White Hawk (2002)
| Is the destiny of mankind controlled by some transcendental entity or law? Is it like the hand of God hovering above? At least it is true that man has no control, even over his own will. The meaning in a hawk's eyes when it gazes at prey is unmistakable. Griffith's prey is in his sights as he steps up campaigns both against the invading empire of Chuder, and against the conniving noblemen side by side with him in Midland's Court. His Hawks are involved in another skirmish on the front lines, where Caska and Guts are seperated from the others. Wounded and trapped in enemy territory, they struggle to return to the Hawks before the marauding armies of Chuder track them down. |

Editor's Note
The castle town of Midland has seen the rise of a wicked king, and with him a powerful military force. Known as the Band of the Hawk, these soldiers are mercenaries led by two experienced and charismatic warriors, Griffith and Guts. Unfortunately, since the Hawk has grown powerful, many of the King's associates are plotting against them, compromising their ability to fight the war against the province of Chuda, with whom Midland has been at war for years. In these episodes, the Hawk steps up its attack on the armies of Chuder. Unfortunately, Caska and Guts are wounded on the front line, leaving them trapped in enemy territory and making them sitting ducks for the Chuder army. Contains episodes 10-13.
