TBL Weight Loss Yoga
I really like this DVD. I'm a yoga beginner and I like the flexibility of it. You can choose your own workout, picking different 'segments' at the beginning and the DVD plays them straight through. I do a warm up, yoga level 1 and a cool down and it takes a half hour. There are people at different fitness levels on the DVD so you can see easier ways to do the different positions if you can't do them the hard way. And trust me, I sweat and I get out of breath. It's nice to have something that gets the heartrate up without feeling like I'm beating up on myself with arobics or running. Highly recommended!
