| Cherry red color. The nose is complex, strong and fruity (citrus, cherries), spicy, woody and undergrowth notes. On the palate, strong and fleshy. Spicy with cherry, wood and spice flavors, and well-balanced tannins. The Cuvee Signature range is a selection of reputed villages, Premier Crus and Grand Crus wines from Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune principally. Harvested, they are produced in very limited quantities. Pommard is one of the most famous villages in the Cote de Beaune. The grapes for our Pommard come from a vineyard located at mid-slope, overlying soil oriented : limited yields with severe disbudding, green harvest when necessary, working of the soil, no or little use of fertilizers, environmentally friendly treatments. |
