A coming-of-age sitcom that avoided much of the sentiment and sappiness that often mars the form, BOY MEETS WORLD was among the most popular television programs of the 1990s. The series began with young Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) entering junior high, and followed his experiences through high school and college, encountering the problems that teens and young adults everywhere have to deal with.
