David A. Adler
Perhaps best-known for his picture-book biographies and his series of books about 10-year-old girl detective Cam Jansen, David A. Adler is the author of over 200 books for children. Before turning to writing as a full-time career, he worked as a math teacher. Adler was inspired by a conversation with one of his nephews to write his first children's book, A LITTLE AT A TIME, which was published in 1976.
