Ellen Douglas
Ellen Douglas was born in Natchez, Mississippi, and grew up in small towns in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. A somewhat reclusive writer, she now lives in a small community in the South. Her fourth novel, APOSTLES OF LIGHT, was a finalist for the National Book Award.
