Canon Rebel T2 takes great quality pictures4/28/2012
We took this on our honeymoon to europe, got some amazing shots. THis is a great beginner DSLR... so easy to use. Colors are true to life, I was concerned because of some reviews, but was very happy with the results. I should mention, the auto-no-flash setting can capture amazing pictures in low light which extends battery life tremendously.
Bought the CanonT2i combo kit for my father in law. He is very satisfied with the camera. Loves the quality of the pictures and the ease of changing lenses. He loves it so much that I have decided to get one for myself. Just waiting for it to come in.
This is a fantastic camera. It was purchased for action shots and works amazingly.
Quite Working After 2nd Use!3/12/2012
Overpaid for my T2i Three-Lens Bundle and only got two uses out of it. Nice features on the T2i, but I was much happier with my Panasonic Lumix I bought about 8 years ago. I was very disappointed in the lens and the "2.2x Pro Telephoto" lens is a sad excuse of a telephoto lens. Worst part of this camera is that it broke within three months and two uses! It gives me "error 70" and "error 80" messages and will not take pictures. The big event I purchased this camera for is in two weeks and Canon estimates about three weeks before they look at trying to fix and return it. I am now having to purchase another new camera for this event. If you purchase this one, I recommend purchasing two in order to have one available while the other is being fixed. If my camera was actually working as it is supposed to be, I would likely recommend going with the T3i for the additional $120.
i am so glad i found this package for the price of this 20 pc kit i could just get the camera at Best Buy. this camera is amazing it takes great pictures
Great Camera, sad accessories12/30/2011
I have no complaints about the camera itself, it's awesome, however, the accessories in this kit are extremely cheap from Zeikos. The camera bag I can buy for $5 if I want, the tripod is $15 and wobbly. The 2 "pro" lenses are ok for some things, and they're caps fall off easily. Don't buy this package if you can afford to get a better bag, tripod, and other things. I will need to upgrade as soon as I can. Using the tripod is a little nerve wracking in some situations. The 3 best things in this pack are the camera, 18-55 lens, and the 32 Gb card which are worth every penny, but be ready to buy a better bag and tripod.
