|With the Canon WP-DC26 waterproof case for the Canon PowerShot SD880 IS, you can use your digital camera to take underwater shots at depths of up to 130' (40 m). Of course it's also ideal for taking worry-free pictures in the rain, at the beach, or on the ski slopes.
You can use your camera's internal flash for lighting purposes. Or, use the internal flash to trigger a slaved external strobe like those made by Fantasea, Sea & Sea, Ikelite, or Sealife.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!12/23/2011
Here's my story. While in Hawaii, I took my "SD 880 IS" inside the SUPOSSEDLY water-proof case (WP-DC26) on a catamaran ride and on this day, I had no issues. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the audio in video mode. The next day I went to a private beach at Hickam AFB for some snorkeling. Without any exaggeration, I was waist-deep in the water when I submerged my camera underwater for no more than two minutes. During that time, I took several pictures to test the camera. I pulled the camera out of the water to see the pictures and noticed water INSIDE the camera case. I knew my camera was gone as I unlatched the case. Water poured out of the case and indeed, my camera was literally dead in the water. I loved my camera and will probably get another Canon but obviously I am very disappointed in the lack of quality if this product (WP-DC26). This was a WASTE of $200 for the case plus the cost of another camera. I read many reviews of this product and took the chance. This was the wrong decision!!!!! As mentioned earlier; I am out of almost $400. My advice would be to just get a camera that is designed to be underwater. Sincerely, Dennis Cordova TSgt USAF
