From the Publisher:
The second Captain Underpants adventure like you've never seen it before -- in FULL COLOR!

George and Harold are usually responsible kids . . . whenever anything bad happens, George and Harold are usually responsible! And it looks like they're up to their old tricks again! First, they ruined the school's science fair with a series of silly pranks. Then, they accidentally created an army of evil, vicious talking toilets, intent on taking over the world. Who will stop the carnivorous commodes?!!!? This looks like a job for Captain Underpants!
Annotation:
Harold and George run into trouble when they use the school brain's science project to print copies of their latest Captain Underpants adventure--they accidentally unleash an invasion of Talking Toilets right out of the story! The boys have to hypnotize Principal Krupp again so that, as Captain Underpants, he can battle the menace. But will it be enough? This is the second book in the bestselling Captain Underpants series.
Author Bio
Dav Pilkey
A lover of wordplay, especially puns, Dav (pronounced "Dave") Pilkey is the author and illustrator of fiction and nonfiction books for children. Pilkey is known for his outrageous sense of humor and some of his more popular characters include an intellectually challenged family of rabbits (the Dumb Bunnies books) and a school principal who is unwittingly hypnotized by his students into becoming a crime fighter (the Captain Underpants books). As an artist, Pilkey works in a variety of mediums including, he claims, Hamburger Helper and Dijon mustard. His 1997 illustrations for the book PAPERBOY earned him a Caldecott Honor citation.

Praise

Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books
"The combination of total departure from reality, smirky insider humor, and crucial taboos as plot points will draw middle-graders like magnets....A tome for the ages this ain't, but it'll make kids laugh until soda comes out of their noses." - Deborah Stevenson May 1999
