From the Publisher:
Welcome to Nora Roberts? captivating saga about the lives and loves of four brothers on the windswept shores of the Chesapeake Bay?

Chesapeake Blue is the fourth novel in a stunning quartet about four men bound by the love of the extraordinary couple who took them in and raised them as brothers. Now, Seth Quinn is finally home?

It?s been a long journey. After a harrowing boyhood with his drug-addicted mother, Seth had been taken in by the Quinn family, growing up with three older brothers who?d watched over him with love.

Now a grown man returning from Europe as a successful painter, Seth is settling down on Maryland?s Eastern Shore, surrounded once again by Cam, Ethan, and Phil, their wives and children, and all the blessed chaos of the extended Quinn clan. Finally, he?s back in the little blue-and-white house where there?s always a boat at the dock, a rocker on the porch, and a dog in the yard.

Still, a lot has changed in St. Christopher?s since he?s been gone?and the most intriguing change of all is the presence of Dru Whitcomb Banks. A city girl who has opened a florist shop in this seaside town, she craves independence and the challenge of establishing herself without the influence of her wealthy connections. In Seth, she sees another kind of challenge?a challenge that she can?t resist.
Annotation:
After a five-year European sojourn, successful artist Seth Quinn is finally returning to his Maryland hometown and to the Quinn family who took him in when he was a child--thus saving him from life with his drug addict mother. Still haunted by the pain of his past, Seth nonetheless falls for Dru Whitcomb Banks, a recent arrival to the town. However, just when Seth and Dru seem to be finding true love, Seth's past comes back to haunt him when someone begins to blackmail him. This is the final entry in Nora Roberts's Quinn Brothers Saga.
Author Bio
Nora Roberts
Nora Roberts didn't become an immediate best-selling author, but once she sold her first novel, she never looked back. A mother of two small children at the time, Roberts began writing in 1979 with a number-two pencil and a spiral notebook. She wrote sporadically while her two sons were at school, a schedule she maintained long after they had grown up and gone to college. Two years and several manuscripts after her initial attempt, her first novel, "Irish Thoroughbred", appeared, the first of over 100 novels she would write in the following two decades. While having dabbled in many of the genre's forms, Roberts has found most of her success writing contemporary romances flavored with both suspense and adventure. The youngest of five children, Roberts grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. In 1968, she married Ronald Aufdem-Brinke, the father of her two children, but divorced him in 1985, the same year she married her second husband, Bruce Wilder.
