From the Publisher: Courageous Leadership Workshop helps leaders build their own courage and learn strategies and techniques for building courage in their constituents. Developed in conjunction with the Courageous Leadership Workshop, this self-rated assessment measures the ways one currently applies courage in the workplace and where opportunities exist for one to apply it more frequently and in different ways.
