Excellent for online communication/skype12/22/2010
I searched over the years for a good workhorse of a wireless headset for my online meetings and tech assist. On the 3rd try I found skype's headset and I loved it. When it finally wore out it took a lot for me to try something different but this headset is actually better. Good: lighter hardware with more comfortable earpads and about 10 feet longer range. (I used to break up when I went to the coffee machine, now I can make it). The sound is spectacular. The only thing I do not like is the flexible mic stem. When I go to flip it up to mute, it just bends. You have to pinch the base of the microphone to flip it up into mute position. Overall, I'm very pleased. 5s all around except a 4 for value because the price stung a little, but you get what you pay for.
Work with PS3!9/23/2008
My main concern was whether the game worked with the PS3- they do, flawlessly. Immediately after you plug these in, the PS3 recognizes them flawlessly. When playing with my friends in Warhawk, they kept telling me that my voice sounded super clear. As for using them with PC, they work as advertised. I tested them on Medieval 2: Total War and the sound of the arrows and cannons is scary! I really recommend that you buy these VERY comfortable headsets, but if you are like me and wear glasses, remember to put them above your ears so your head won't hurt. I've recommended these headsets to all my friends, and now I'm telling you to buy them. PS: I'm posting my email if you have questions
