Plot Summary
An aging hippie heads a rundown cab company and supervises its eclectic crew of oddball drivers including: a would-be pimp, a Cleveland-born Rastafarian, a man concerned about the effect of drug pushers on city streets and a young upstart working towards his license. Struggling to keep their little operation afloat, this motley crew of cabbies is working overtime and putting in 100%, but in the nation's capital, they'll have to do more than that if they want to keep their jobs.
