Drop connection and Poor Customer Support

It dropped Internet connections (Wired and Wireless) for no apparent reason. It took a long time (3-4 Minutes) to automatically reconnected. I called D-Link Customer support, must go through about 7-push this # that # until I got to the right place. Then I must wait 15-25 minutes to get someone on the line. D-Link Tech told me to update Firm ware, that did not solve the problem. To much hassle so I decided to return it.

Be aware...your computer/router/and modem need to

It is unfair of me to say whether it works well or not, since I found out after reading the directions that my computer has to be close enough to the modem to be connected together via the router. My phone line and modem are 20 feet away from the computer so that is not going to work. I never knew (cause I am not a techie) that the three items have to hooked up closely together. Maybe I am completely wrong about this, but it is how I read the directions. The product looks good, has other good reviews, but be sure you are aware of this part of the hookup.
