Worth every penny!
I bought this book to not only help me get my picky teenagers to eat more vegetables, but to get their picky mom to eat them too. I have the taste buds of a 5 yer old it's true. I really try to like vegetables so much, I know I should, but I don't. I've made myself eat just a little even though I don't, so I thought maybe this book would get me to eat more. Well the whole family are eating more since buying this book. I've tried 3 recipes so far and we loved them. We've had Italian Meatloaf with carrots on page 79, Macaroni and cheese with butternut squash page 104 & Burgers with cauliflower on page 111. Everything was great we really enjoyed it and I am really happy that we are eating more veggies. What's really good about this book also is every recipes has a picture, the pages can be wiped off & everything is wrote out step by step making it super simple. I would recommend this to everyone.
