This is a very good PC and a great deal for the price. However it looked like someone took a hatchet to the box though. The one side was all tore up but that is probably the shipping company more than anything else. Thankfully there was no damage to the PC.
Nice Simple Desktop10/31/2012
Nice low end desktop. Got this for our office and it is doing the job fine. Good value. As with all Dell's it's always questionable how much benefit you actually get from their preloaded software. It's running Office Pro 2010, Quickbooks enterprise and some additional software with no issues.
Nice office desktop, but not to Home user10/5/2012
Nice office desktop, but not to Home user. PC is fast and quiet. The product photo shown there is a built-in multi-card reader in the front panel. When the computer arrived, there is no card reader at all. The card reader is very important feature to me because I handle a lot of photos. And that is one of the reason I bought this PC. Well, I don't see card reader listed on the spec. now. But the picture is still shown that card reader on it.
We have purchased a half dozen of these Dell PC's. They are shipped quickly and perform well. We add another 2G of ram to them and deploy quickly. We will continue to buy them until something better for the price comes along.
Solid basic system9/28/2012
I buy these for work to run some very low-end applications and these work great while keeping costs down. Now you don't get any of the convenient features like thumbscrews or easyily-removable innards like the Optiplex line, but you would pay $100+ more. For my purpose the 33-40% savings is worth it.
Good machine, no longer under warrenty9/27/2012
Great box, great price, you should know that the Dell warranty ended in 2010. No complaints from me though.
