Dennis the Menace Christmas (2007)
|Six-year-old Dennis Mitchell is making a list and checking it twice. Thrice. And more. He aims to find the perfect gift for grumpy ol' neighbor Mr. Wilson. It'll take a miracle to get it right. And a miracle is what he gets, thanks to a visiting angel who's on a mission to impart the Christmas Spirit to someone who needs it.|
Combine A Christmas Carol with the antics of everyone's favorite All-American boy and you have the fun and surprise of A Dennis the Menace Christmas. Robert Wagner (the Austin Powers films) and Louise Fletcher (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest) play the Wilsons. Godfrey (Phat Girlz) is the heavenly visitor named Bob. And Maxwell Perry Cotton - exactly Dennis' age - plays the title hero. Bring him ho-ho-home!
Editor's NoteDennis (Maxwell Perry Cotton) lives up to his reputation by causing further commotion in this feature-length holiday special. In this installment from the long-running series, which was originally based on a comic book, Dennis has just two weeks to make amends with his neighbor, the long-suffering Mr. Wilson (Robert Wagner), whom Dennis hospitalizes after crashing into him on his bike. Unfortunately Dennis's various attempts to ease the situation only cause further grief for Mr. Wilson and Dennis's family, leading to much hilarity and plenty of wholesome family entertainment.
