|The Dyson DC24 Animal is our lightest upright machine designed for pets. It weighs a mere 11.6 lbs, and provides an all around performance at only about 2/3 the size of a regular upright machine. DC24 Animal features Root Cyclone™ technology, Dyson’s patented technology that doesn’t lose suction power as you vacuum, as well as Ball™ technology, allowing you to steer smoothly with a turn of the wrist. What’s more is that the handle compresses allowing you to store it in small places. Designed for homes with pets, the DC24 Animal comes complete with a mini turbine head attachment, ideal for removing pet hair from floors, upholstery and awkward spaces. |
This compact upright vacuum cleaner features a motorized brush bar, driven by an independent motor for better cleaning performance. The fingertip brush control allows you to turn the brush bar on or off at the touch of a button. DC24 Animal has a reversible wand for cleaning awkward areas, and an on-board accessory tool where the nozzle converts to a brush tool for dusting. The clear bin made of tough polycarbonate lets you see when it needs emptying. The bin is also hygienic and quick to empty, which allows for minimal contact with dirt.
The DC24 Animal is certified asthma & allergy friendly™ by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of American, and has a washable lifetime HEPA filter that captures allergens and expels cleaner air.
This compact upright offers powerful pet hair pickup, and carries a 5 year warranty parts and labor guaranteed by Dyson. As with all Dyson vacuum cleaners, the DC24 Animal has no bag and no loss of suction.
Very Very Disappointed5/11/2012
My husband ordered this Vacuum to replace a Dyson that I have had for years. I'm very dissappointed in the Size for one thing. It would be a great vacuum for a apartment or a very small house but for a full size house it's way too small. The cord is WAYYYYYY to short and the cansiter is too small to even vaccum my living room with out emptying it 2 or 3 times. We have 3 cats which equals lots of cat hair He thought the animal would handle it. Absolutly not Hope it can be returned!!!!
