There are a lot on the books on the market that offer advice on getting healthier. While this book offers pointers that I already knew about, it also has some new ideas that I found helpful. My resolution this year was to obtain more balance in my life. I am a female who still has children at home and a mom who requires increasing care as time goes on. I often feel a bit frazzled by my life. I like that this book offers ideas to help me with "balance" in my life and small changes that can lead to a healthier "me" so I can handle all the extra stress that is currently coming my way. .
