Author Bio
Ms. Evelyn Tribole
Evelyn Tribole is an award-winning nutritionist and bestselling author of several cooking books, including STEALTH HEALTH, HEALTHY HOMESTYLE COOKING, and EATING ON THE RUN. During 1994-95, Tribole served as Good Morning America's nutritionist expert. Her popular column "Recipe Makeover" has appeared in Shape magazine since 1992. Winner of the American Dietetic Association's Award for Excellence in Private Practice, Tribole has practiced nutrition counseling in Irving and Beverly Hills, California. Her approach to dieting scorns the restriction or elimination of certain foods and popular food combination plans. Rather, she educates people so that they may learn how to prepare their favorite meals or desserts in ways that reduce fat grams and calories, and enhance the foods' nutrients.
