Rent it first!
While not a horrible game, Enter the Matrix has enough flaws to keep it from being the incredible title it had the potential to be. As I started playing the game, the first thing I noticed was a lot of frustration with the camera. There's no controlling it unless you go into first person mode, which controls really bad. The game has the problem of feeling disjointed, saving every few steps it seems and not being able to really connect you to what is going on. The driving sequences had so much potential, but failed to live up to them through horrible control and a rushed feeling about the whole package. On a good note, the "focus" effects are well done and add some fun to the title, but that will be about all you'll really enjoy about this game. The fighting is pretty good, but the camera really doesn't allow you to enjoy it like you should. Frustrations mount even further when you reach the end and go "What?!" as you are then overwhelmed by the fact that you paid X-amount of dollars for ... an advertisement! Rent the game first, if you feel like buying it after that, then more power to ya :-)
