EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!

was searching for a baking book using sprouted whole grain flour...the breads, etc. in the stores are frozen or thawed after being frozen and loose their consistently...plus...they're very pricey...so, decided to make my own...can't wait to try these recipes...not only basic bread but soooo many other yummy-looking breads and desserts...thank you for printing this book...LOVE IT!!!
