Great in gameplay, disappointing in everything els
Excellent 3D battle system, but repetitive monsters. Eternal Sonata provides a wide variety of characters, but you’ll find that you’re left with only 3 or 4 to choose from at any given moment for most of the game. Some of the characters are only accessible in the latter part of the game. One of the worst and confusing storylines in a game, as it frequently vacillates from a music-history lesson of Chopin to a kind of schizophrenic fantasy experienced by one of the main characters. If you buy games for the storyline DO NOT BUY THIS GAME! Graphics are too comic-like: it would be fine on a PS2 platform, but for a PS3 game it is disappointing to say the least. Tales of Vesperia seems like the better version of this game.
