Just wanted to say that i got this card because it uses less power than the old gts 240 oem card that i got from dell. i have a xps 8100 with 8gb of ram and a core i7 8600 running at 2.6ghz. this card runs idle for me at 29 degrees celcius and while im playing a game it still runs cool with fan speed around 35 to 40 percent. i only have a 350 watt psu in my comp thanks to dell and it seems to be running this card 100 percent perfectly fine. the install was a piece of cake and went real smooth. also my windows index score went from 5.9 to 7.4 . i didnt have many options since my psu is small and thats the main reason i chose this card since minimum psu is 400 watt and my old card minimum was 450 and it ran perfect in my setup . so if you have a 350watt psu and one 6 pin connector for the card you will have no probs running it. also the card came overclocked at 951mhz so that was a bonus. they sent me the fermi version! plus you cant go wrong with a 3 year warranty right out the box.
The GTX550Ti from EVGA was a great upgrade from my on-board video card (nVidia 7900). Even though this is the bottom of the GTX line, it was at least twice as good as my on-board card. I am happy with it.
