Time for a reality check
I have been educating myself on the benefits of a low carb lifestyle and the contradictions to a persons biochemistry that the media, medical, governmental, and nutritional community has spewed. This video really hits a home run with its delivery, content and message. There are only two macronutrients that a human body needs to survive, that being, proteins and fats but carbs are not a necessity. Our society suffers from deficiencies of the former and not of the latter. This video and Gary Taubes' "Good calories, bad calories", are what you need as a fundamental base to take control of your heath.
