Plot SummaryThis remake of the 1950 classic, "Father of the Bride," places even more emphasis on the comedic aspects of planning a wedding. While worrying about his daughter's increasingly more elaborate and expensive wedding, a California shoe manufacturer frets about his prospective son-in-law's suitability and his changing relationship with his beloved daughter.
