Editor's Note
Would-be rapper Rich (Jeffrey Sams) leaves behind his girlfriend, child, and dead-end job to go to New York and pursue his dream. Not long after his arrival, he meets fellow MC hopeful, I-Tick (Ron Brice), whose in-your-face style is much different than his own. Thinking that their styles could work together, they decide to collaborate. But it's not long before his new friend's violent lifestyle begins to catch up with Rich. Winner of the Filmmaker's Trophy at the Sundance Film Festival.
