Welcome to the Bottom of the Food Chain.
When a deadly fish, illegally smuggled out of asia, gets free and finds it's way to a louisiana bayou, a group of people from a houseboat community find themselves under attack by the vicious creature. Even as they make a daring escape, to their horror, they discover that this fish can even stalk them on land!

" doesn't disappoint. You'll see plenty of limb-ripping, head-chomping, and torso-tearing here.  Dennis Prince, DVD Verdict
"...definitely delivers the blood-soaked goods.  Mike Long, DVD Crypt

Editor's Note
The follow-up from Mark A.Z. Dippe, FRANKENFISH stars Muse Watson (I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER) and Tory Kittles in a story that pits a pack of huge, mutant, flesh-eating fish against the human inhabitants of a Bayou town. A genetic engineering experiment gone horribly awry, these monsters are the result of a cross between a fish and a snake, and can travel on land as well as swim, and they have a taste for blood, leaving a trail of gruesome corpses up and down the river. The local authorities don't realize what they are up against before the death toll mounts considerable, and by then it may just be too late to stop the creatures.

Professional Reviews 7 of 10
The fact that Dippe does indeed manage to keep Frankenfish from becoming a bore throughout, and manages to distract the viewer from caring too much about the plainly routine plotting is no small feat, and helps to make Frankenfish a genuinely enjoyable affair. Straightforward, reasonably well made and with enough visceral content to keep genre fans happy, for anyone looking for a film about killer mutant fish, Frankenfish would be the one to go for. - James Mudge
